QDo I need a reservation?
We recommend booking in advance, but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. For hair styling, please book at least 5 days ahead.
QWhat should I bring?
Nothing at all. The kimono, all accessories, and dressing are included in the price.
QCan you store my luggage?
Yes, free of charge until you return. Please keep valuables with you.
QHow long does it take?
About 10 min to choose and 15 min for dressing. Even with hair styling, you'll be out within an hour.
QWhen do I return the kimono?
By closing time on the same day. Next-day return available from ¥2,500.
QCan I cancel?
Cancellations within 7 days of your reservation date incur a 100% fee. Contact us early to reschedule.
QWhat if it rains?
You can still enjoy your rental on rainy days. Umbrellas are available to borrow.
QDo you have kimonos for children?
Yes, Shichi-Go-San and baby kimonos. Families welcome.
QPayment methods?
Payment is cash only at this time. Credit cards are not accepted. *Online advance payment is coming soon.
QIs there parking?
Neither shop has private parking. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
